Abstract
The results of the phenotypic characteristics of B1 and B2 lymphocytes of patients with seropositive (51 people) and seronegative (41 people) variants of the course of articular form of rheumatoid arthritis are presented. An increase in the content of B1 lymphocytes in both seronegative and seropositive variants was shown. A distinctive feature of B2 lymphocytes in the seropositive compared with the seronegative option is to enhance the activation processes and decrease the intensity of apoptosis with the progression of the autoimmune process.
