Abstract

It is established, that cultivation fibroblasts in conditions hypoxia leads to decrease in their morphological heterogeneity, increase proliferative to activity and viability of cells. Causes oppression of synthesis of components extracellular matrix (collagen and elastin) and decrease expression a receptor hyaluronic acids (CD44). Duration hypoxia causes a degree of decrease.
