Abstract

Three experimental lots of Recombinant Pseudomonas Vaccine (RPV) consisting a complex of the recombinant outer membrane protein F (OprF) and the recombinant toxoid that were sorbed on aluminum hydroxide have been obtained. During preclinical studies, we confi rmed the immunogenicity of the vaccine that had not pyrogenicity, acute and chronic toxicity, allergenicity and immunotoxicity.
