Abstract
We conducted a cross-sectional study of 205 patients in reproductive age with morphologically verified chronic endometritis. We researched concentration of bactericidal factors according to inflammatory activity degree chronic endometritis. We established α-defensin, BPI, sTREM-1 in cervical mucus can reflect chronic endometritis activity degree that can be basis for efficiency evaluation of chronic endo-metritis treatment without control endometrium biopsy.
