Abstract

Comparative evaluation of character of the expression of TLR 9, CD11b and CD14 receptors monocytes whole blood under the influence of Derinat and synthetic TLR 9 ligand in healthy individuals and in acute infectious diseases of viral and bacterial origin has been studied. It has been shown that the unidirectional effects of study drugs relate changes in the number of monocytes only in groups with infectious process. Differently directed effects identified in relation to expression of molecules QD11b monocytes in all groups.
